儿童头颈部贯穿伤虽不常见,但可致死。作者统计21例,男17例女4例,年龄胎龄32周至19岁,平均10.2岁。枪伤15例、猎枪伤1例、刺伤5例。严重创伤有血管伤7例、中枢神经系统伤6例、眼伤5例、呼吸道伤3例、面神经伤2例、颈段食管伤1例。气胸2例,死亡3例。大部分病例存活只留有轻度永久性残疾。伤情按Gant和Epstein分区:Ⅰ区上界发际下界眶上缘;Ⅱ区从眶上缘到上唇,外达耳前;Ⅲ区下唇到舌骨。按Gussack和Jurkovich流程处理,首先心肺复苏,建立大容量输液管道,然后全面体检,准确采集病史,摄头颅和颈椎X线平片。根据伤情采取进一步措
