金秋十月,我有幸聆听了几位学贯中西、造诣精深的专家的讲座。通过学习,顿觉耳目一新,结合自身实际找差距,认识到自己在新课改中的浅薄与不足。教学中存在的问题:教师很辛苦,学生很痛苦,但学生却没有得到应有的发展。究其原因,主要有两点,一是教师不注重方法和规律的引导,靠知识的灌输和猜题押宝拿分。二是课上忙互动,课下忙作业。学生课外负担不减。那么,怎样才能提高课堂教学效率呢?我首先想到的是利用整体建构教学。整体教学把教学内容也看
