1990年1月～1996年5月我院共收治狼疮性肾炎(LN)119例,其中 58例(48.7％)经细菌学检查证实确有细菌和(或)真菌感染。为提高对LN患者发生细菌与真菌感染的认识,我们将该58例与感染相关的临床与细菌学资料进行了分析,现报道如下。
From January 1990 to May 1996, 119 cases of lupus nephritis (LN) were admitted to our hospital. Of them, 58 (48.7%) patients were confirmed to have bacterial and / or fungal infection by bacteriological examination. To raise awareness of bacterial and fungal infections in patients with LN, we analyzed the 58 clinical and bacteriological data relevant to the infection and are reported below.
