目的:研究温阳消饮法对胸腔积液模型大鼠小肠水通道蛋白4(AQP4)表达的影响。方法:采用计算机随机分组方法,将SD成年雄性大鼠分为温阳消饮组、模型对照组、空白对照组,每组12只。对除空白对照组外的其余2组动物以1%角叉菜胶胸腔注射建立大鼠胸腔积液(悬饮)模型,造模24h后拍X线片对模型进行病理评价。于造模成功后2h各组予相对应药物灌胃,每天1次,连续4d。灌胃结束后处死各组大鼠,采集小肠组织,用免疫组化法检测AQP4的表达,比较各组结果。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组表达降低(P<0.05);温阳消饮组高于模型对照组(P<0.05),与空白对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温阳消饮法可上调胸腔积液模型大鼠小肠AQP4的表达。
Objective: To study the effect of Wenyang Xiaozhong Decoction on the expression of aquaporin 4 (AQP4) in small intestine of rats with pleural effusion. Methods: The SD adult male rats were randomly divided into Wenyangxuyin group, model control group and blank control group, with 12 rats in each group. The other two groups except the blank control group were injected with 1% carrageenan to establish pleural effusion (suspension) model in rats, and the pathological evaluation of the model was made by X-ray film 24 hours later. 2h after the success of the model to each group to the corresponding drug gavage, 1 day, for 4 days. At the end of gavage, rats in each group were sacrificed and the small intestine tissue was collected. The expression of AQP4 was detected by immunohistochemistry. The results of each group were compared. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the expression of the model control group was lower (P <0.05); the warming Yangxue Decoction group was higher than the model control group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference compared with the blank control group (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: Wenyang Xiaoyin Decoction can up-regulate the expression of AQP4 in small intestine of pleural effusion model rats.
