以烟草赤星病菌为供试靶标,采用孢子萌发及生长速率测定法,对华山姜、毗黎勒、团花树和金钮扣的95%乙醇粗提物进行了抑菌活性测定。结果表明:在终浓度为200μg/mL下,华山姜对该菌的孢子萌发及菌丝生长的抑制率最高,分别为72%、53%,其次为毗黎勒。团花树和金钮扣只对该菌的孢子萌发有低抑制活性。因此,华山姜对烟草赤星病菌孢子萌发及菌丝生长的抑制效果显著优于另外3种提取物,与75%百菌清WP阳性对照在相同浓度下达到同一显著水平。
Taking the brown spot pathogen of Aspergillus niger as the test target, the antibacterial activity of the 95% ethanol crude extract of Huashan ginger, Betula, Tamarix and golden buttons was determined by spore germination and growth rate assay. The results showed that Huashan ginger had the highest inhibitory rate of spore germination and mycelial growth at the final concentration of 200μg / mL, which was 72% and 53% respectively, followed by Patil. Tamarix and golden buttons only have low inhibitory activity on the spore germination of the bacterium. Therefore, Huashan ginger inhibited the spore germination and mycelial growth of A.tapira significantly more than the other three extracts, reaching the same significant level with the positive control of 75% chlorothalonil WP at the same concentration.
