我厂加工1105型柴油机的汽缸时,因沒有汽缸珩床,所以汽缸的珩磨工序成了关鍵問題。为了突破这一关鍵,我厂曾采取过多种解决的措施,分別进行了試驗,但結果都没有成功。主要原因是汽缸的內表面光洁度、椭圓度及圓錐度要求很高,試驗后达不到图紙技术要求。最后工人同志們建議在摇臂鉆床的主軸孔內装一个磨头来珩磨汽缸,根据这个建議設計了一个如图1所示的磨头进行試驗。經过多次的試驗后鉴定,珩磨貭量达到了图紙技术要求,表面光洁度达到▽▽▽▽_(11),而且加工时間很短,珩磨一个工件只需15分钟左右,从而保証了产品的貭量与数量而突破了关鍵。我厂五月份利用該磨头
