近年来,一个新的行业——会展业在我国悄然兴起,并以年均20%的速度快速增长,备受社会各界关注。它因其巨大的经济社会效应、蓬勃的生命力和广阔的发展前景,被经济学家称为“朝阳产业”,并与旅游产业、房地产业并称为三大“无烟产业”。如今,在会展业发展成熟的国家,展览业的产值约占国民经济总产值的0.2%左右,美国和德国则达到了1%,而我国仅为0.004%。可见,我国的会展经济方兴未艾,发展潜力巨大。
In recent years, a new industry, the convention and exhibition industry, has quietly emerged in our country and has been growing rapidly at an annual average rate of 20%, drawing much attention from all sectors of society. Because of its huge economic and social effects, thriving vitality and broad prospects for development, economists call it a “sunrise industry” and is also referred to as the “smokeless industry” with the tourism industry and real estate industry. Nowadays, in the developed countries of the exhibition industry, the output value of the exhibition industry accounts for about 0.2% of the total output value of the national economy while that of the United States and Germany reaches 1% while that of our country is only 0.004%. Can be seen that China’s convention and exhibition economy in the ascendant, a huge potential for development.
