环顾当下的建筑市场,项目投入的资金愈来愈大,如果不严格控制工程造价,势必导致很大程度上的浪费,不利于企业的发展和建筑市场的稳定。本文就建筑项目的工程造价动态管理的必要性和具体措施谈几点笔者的观点。
Looking at the current construction market, the funds invested in the project are getting larger and larger. Without strict control over the construction cost, it will inevitably lead to a great waste of resources and will be detrimental to the development of enterprises and the stability of the construction market.
