国务院批转的社会保障“十二五”规划纲要中提出,要加强社会保障基金监督管理,维护基金安全。落实好这一任务,关系到规划的全面实施,也直接影响着社会保障体系建设的整体推进,需要认真领会精神实质,扎实做好工作。规划纲要中,明确了基金监督的七大任务:完善基金监督政策法规社会保险法第七十九条专门规定:“社会保险行政部门对社会保险基金的收支、管理和投资运营情况进行监督检查,发现存在问题的,应当提出整改建议,依法作出处理决定或者向有关行政部门提出处理建议。”除此之外,其他章节中也有不少涉及基金监督的条款。这从法律层面
