网络问政是新媒体时代的一种民主新形式,网络问政对于网络民意表达具有重要的价值意义。但就目前来看,网络问政还存在着一些问题,如个别政府部门对网络问政不重视,没有真正做到网络问政的常态化;网络问政意识不足,网络问政能力尚有些许欠缺;政府与民众互动出现偏差,部分政府部门没有充分利用主流媒体建立顺畅的网络民意表达渠道等。从理念上、思维上、制度上以及能力上等全方位构建网络问政范式,是网络民意有效表达的根本。
