目的 分析立体定向治疗颅内肿瘤的过程 ,误差来源及建立立体定向治疗的质量保证 ;方法 检查CT、DSA、MRI线性及定位框架的平行度 ,间距偏差和对中度 ,摆位柜架的刻度误差及读数精度 ;激光定位灯对摆位精度的影响 ;胶片法验证加速器与X刀准直器系统的精度 ;检查计划系统的可靠性、靶点位置的精度及治疗摆位时操作的正确性等。结果 2 0多例立体定向治疗测试结果显示摆位误差小于± 1mm。结论 靶区三维精确定位和剂量转换系统的准确性得到验证 ,质量保证是X刀立体定向治疗精确度的关键措施。
Objective To analyze the process of stereotactic treatment of intracranial tumors, the source of error and the establishment of quality assurance of stereotactic treatment. Methods The linearity and positioning frame of CT, DSA and MRI were examined for parallelism, Error and reading accuracy; laser positioning light on the positioning accuracy; film validation accelerator and X knife collimator system accuracy; check the reliability of the planning system, the accuracy of the location of the target position and the correctness of the operation when placed Wait. Results 20 cases of stereotactic treatment test results show that the positioning error is less than ± 1mm. Conclusion Accuracy of the target three-dimensional precise positioning and dose conversion system is verified. Quality assurance is the key measure of X-knife stereotactic treatment accuracy.
