青年志愿者参与服务的动机有爱心奉献、回报社会、充实精神、施展才华、应尽职责 ;他们在服务过程中自己得到心灵回归、友好情谊、锻炼成才、思想变化等收获。研究发现 :经济发展对青年志愿者的产生有促进作用 ;青年志愿者的人员从精英扩散到大众 ;动机差异对青年志愿者的行为影响不大 ;青年志愿者在服务过程中实现自我教育 ;志愿精神逐渐成为一种现代人文精神。
The motivation of youth volunteers to participate in the service includes caring, giving back to the community, enriching their spirits, displaying their talent and due diligence. They are rewarded with spiritual return, friendly feelings, training and talent, and changes in their thinking during their service. The results showed that: economic development promoted the generation of young volunteers; young volunteers spread from elites to the general public; differences in motivation had little effect on young volunteers; young volunteers self-taught in the service process; Spirit has gradually become a modern humanistic spirit.
