针对飞机4kW DC 270V至DC 28V开关电源的应用需要,提出了开关电源的数字环路控制设计方法。根据开关电源硬件,构建了等效电路,获得被控对象的传递函数。根据数字控制系统模型,先设计模拟调节器,再将模拟调节器离散化、整数化,获得适合于定点型数字信号处理器(DSP)的数字调节器。结合定点型DSP的特点,对环路控制的关键点进行了论述。测试结果表明:所设计的环路可使开关电源的电压调整率小于0.5%,负载调整率小于1.2%;负载在40%~100%间切换时,电压波动为-1.2V~0.7V,恢复时间小于5 ms。
According to the application needs of 4kW DC 270V to DC 28V switching power supply, a digital loop control design method of switching power supply is proposed. According to the switching power supply hardware, an equivalent circuit is constructed to obtain the transfer function of the controlled object. According to the digital control system model, the analog regulator is designed first, and then the analog regulator is discretized and integerized to obtain the digital regulator suitable for the fixed-point digital signal processor (DSP). Combined with the characteristics of fixed-point DSP, the key points of loop control are discussed. The test results show that the designed loop can make the voltage regulation of the switching power supply less than 0.5% and the load regulation less than 1.2%. When the load is switched between 40% and 100%, the voltage fluctuation is -1.2V ~ 0.7V, Time is less than 5 ms.
