曾朴(1872—1935年),是清末著名的小说家。他的长篇代表作《孽海花》被鲁迅誉为晚清四大谴责小说之一。曾朴著译丰富,凡六七百万言。曾氏不仅长于小说,亦工于诗,先后整理了六部诗集:《未理集》、《羌无集》、《呴沫集》、《毗辋集》(系三十岁以前之古今体诗集)、(龙灰集)(系三十岁以后之诗集)、《续未理集》(为晚年之诗集)。可惜均未得以刊行。他写诗似兴之所至,信手写来,随写随弃,发表的极稀。曾见《小说林》杂志第四、五期
Zeng Pu (1872-1935), is a famous novelist in the late Qing Dynasty. His long representative “Niehaihua” was named one of the four major censure novels in the late Qing dynasty by Lu Xun.
