民兵“四课”教育不再全国统一编写教材后,一些基层单位反映运用民兵预备役政治教育课本,有时很难针对某一阶段的形势政策、民兵预备役的大项工作等,搞好针对性教育。为配合人武系统搞好民兵预备役政治教育,充分发挥《中国民兵》杂志的刊授教育功能,自2011年1月起,本刊新辟“每月一讲”专栏,就民兵预备役的大项工作、国际国内时事等内容,约请军地院校专家学者撰写讲课教材,作为各基层单位落实民兵政治教育的辅导教材,供参考使用。
