现如今,随着网络信息时代的到来,以计算机网络为基础的信息工程现已进入到统计行业当中,并在实际应用中取得了十分显著的成果。这为二十一世纪统计学的发展指明了方向,即统计学将成为与计算机网络技术、信息技术相结合的综合性学科。铁路运输统计信息作为铁路运输企业生产经营中的重要信息之一,它不仅是铁路运输企业决策与管理的基础,同时也是铁路生产力的重要资源和关键要素。为此,应当充分利用好计算机网络的诸多功能,做好铁路运输统计工作。基于此点,本文就网络时代铁路运输统计的思考展开探讨。
Nowadays, with the advent of the Internet information era, information engineering based on computer networks has now entered the field of statistics and has achieved remarkable results in practical applications. This points out the direction for the development of statistics in the 21st century, that is, statistics will become a comprehensive discipline integrated with computer network technology and information technology. As one of the important information in the production and operation of railway transportation enterprises, railway transportation statistics information is not only the basis of decision-making and management of railway transportation enterprises, but also an important resource and key element of railway productivity. To this end, we should make full use of the many functions of computer networks and do a good job in railway transportation statistics. Based on this point, this article discusses the thinking of railway transport statistics in the Internet era.
