知识管理先驱可追溯到20世纪70年代的美国人德鲁克(Peter Drucker),这位现代管理学的奠基人首先提出知识工作者的概念;1986年,斯威比(Karl-Erik Sveiby)提出知识管理概念并探索如何管理快速成长的知识型组织;1995年,日本管理大师野中郁次郎提出知识创造理论。近年来,诸多大型公司都在不遗余力的做一件事就是创建和完善公司知识管理机制。知识管理系统是累积知识财产的一种综合性方法,是在组织中构建一个量化与质化的知识系统,用户可以通过查阅、创造、编辑、存取登方式,不断丰富系统内容。领导与职工长期的运用知识管理系统,从而自身的专业技能和素质也会逐渐得到提升,促进企业开源节流,实现双赢。
