时光荏苒,数数自己渐渐泛白的头发,想起从事教育事业已近30年。回首来时的路,念念那些走过自己生命的孩子们,有着回忆,有着感动,而更多的,则是思考。教育,不是单单传授课本上的知识,更重要的是育人。而多年的经验告诉自己,能够成功地育人,更是为孩子们能够更好地学习,努力上进,积极接受知识起着至关重要的作用。对于每一代学生,他们有着各自的特点。如何抓住当代小学生的特点对症下药,是在教育工作中必须要解决的问题。
Time flies, counting their own whitening hair, think of engaging in education for nearly 30 years. Looking back to the time when the road, remember those who walk through their own lives children, with memories, touched, and more, it is thinking. Education does not mean simply teaching textbooks, but more importantly, educating people. Years of experience have taught myself that being able to educate children successfully is even more crucial for children to learn better, work hard and make active progress in their knowledge. For each generation of students, they have their own characteristics. How to grasp the characteristics of contemporary pupils to prescribe remedies is a problem that must be solved in education work.
