高等院校作为我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,在高质量人才培养方面发挥了积极作用。在长期的改革发展过程中,高校建立了相对完善的教育机制,促进了产学研协同发展。其中,英语教学过程和岗位职场过程的有机衔接就是实证。本文在对有机衔接高校英语教学过程和岗位职场过程现实意义作出简要论述的基础上,重点提出了几种促进高校英语教学过程和岗位职场过程有机衔接的建议,以供参考和借鉴。
As an important part of higher education system in our country, colleges and universities play an active role in cultivating high-quality talents. In the course of long-term reform and development, colleges and universities have established relatively perfect educational mechanisms and promoted the coordinated development of production, learning and research. Among them, the English teaching process and post workplace organic convergence is an empirical. Based on the concise exposition of the organic process of college English teaching process and the practical significance of post workplace process, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the process of English teaching in colleges and universities and the job market process for reference.
