目的:研究灰毡毛忍冬根的石油醚部位化学成分。方法:运用柱层析、重结晶等多种技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和核磁共振谱、质谱等多种波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬根的石油醚萃取部位分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:3α,16β-dihydroxyaphidicolane(1)、(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,9,22-trien-3β,5α,8α-triol(2)、(22E)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(3)、(24S)-stigmast-4-en-3-one(4)、β-香树素(5)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(6)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中,化合物1~3、6为首次从忍冬属植物中分离得到,化合物1是一个新天然产物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of petroleum ether of Lonicera macranthoides root. Methods: Various techniques such as column chromatography and recrystallization were used for isolation and purification. The structures were identified by physicochemical properties and NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and other spectroscopic data. Results: Six compounds were isolated and purified from the petroleum ether extract of Lonicera macranthoides and identified as 3α, 16β-dihydroxyaphidicolane (1), (22E, 24R) -ergosta-6,9,22-trien-3β (4), 5α, 8α-triol (2), (22E) -5α, 8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol [beta] -methacin (5), [beta] -smartinol acetate (6). CONCLUSION: The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 to 3 and 6 were isolated from Honeysuckle for the first time. Compound 1 is a new natural product.
