我矿根据北京矿冶研究院提供的图纸进行了6A浮选机改造工作,并在选硫车间进行了工业生产试验,取得了一定效果。从1978年9月15日～10月30日,约一个半月(运转80个班,共620小时)的生产成绩统计和考查表明:改造后的6A浮选机(以下简称改A型)与原6A浮选机相比,选硫指标较好,并具有充气量大、耗电省、设备磨损较小等优点。改造6A浮选机简单易行,是老厂改造的切实可行的措施。
According to the drawings provided by Beijing Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the mine carried out the revamping of 6A flotation machine and carried out the industrial production test in the sulfur selective workshop and achieved certain results. From September 15, 1978 to October 30, 1978, about a month and a half (operating 80 classes, a total of 620 hours) statistics and examination results show that: after the transformation of the 6A flotation machine (hereinafter referred to as A) and the original 6A flotation machine, the sulfur index is better, and has a large inflatable, power-saving, less wear and tear and other equipment.
