目的 :测定人工蛇胆中牛磺胆酸和牛磺去氧胆酸的含量。方法 :采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱SpherisorbC18柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .0 2mol/L磷酸缓冲液 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 10nm。结果 :牛磺胆酸和牛磺去氧胆酸分别在 0 .2 86 72~ 2 .86 72mg/mL和 0 .2 6 84 2~ 2 .6 84 2mg/m范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率分别为 97.6 5 %和 95 .81% ,RSD分别为 0 .79%和3.2 7%。结论 :本方法简便 ,准确
Objective : To determine the content of taurocholic acid and taurodeoxycholic acid in artificial snake gall. Methods : HPLC method, column Spherisorb C18 column, methanol - 0.2 mol/L phosphate buffer (60∶40) was used as mobile phase, detection wavelength was 210 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between taurocholic acid and taurodeoxycholic acid in the range of 0.286 72 to 2. 86 72 mg/mL and 0.2482 to 2 .6642 mg/m respectively. The average recoveries were 97.65% and 95.81%, respectively, and the RSDs were 0.79% and 3.27%, respectively. Conclusion : This method is simple and accurate
