合唱艺术代表着一个国家的艺术素质,体现了一个国家的时代精神风貌,具有强大的凝聚力,能培养人们的集体荣誉感和团结精神,其作用和影响可见一斑。合唱对社会有潜移默化的作用,合唱所体现的音乐精神是一个时代民族文化价值的缩影。为了提高学生的合唱素质和水平,从整体上提高我国的合唱指挥水平,谈爱芳老师根据《高等师范院校教学计划》与“合唱与合唱指挥”的教学大纲编写并出版了这本适应广大学生和教师需求的《合唱与合唱指挥简明教程》。
