在现代学徒制实施的过程中,学生的身份、培养目标、学习方式、校企合作的紧密程度都发生了明显的变化,由此,现代学徒制课程体系在构建过程中要思考以培养学生多元能力为目标、强化学校课程内容与企业培训的内容融合、课程体系发挥更为广泛的指导作用、学生职业能力的测评要注重多维考核这四个方面的内容。
In the course of the implementation of modern apprenticeship, the identity of students, training objectives, learning methods, the degree of cooperation between school and enterprise have undergone significant changes, thus, modern apprenticeship system in the process of building to think in order to cultivate students’ multivariate Ability as the goal, to strengthen the content of the school curriculum and business training content integration, the curriculum system to play a more extensive role in guiding the evaluation of students’ professional ability should focus on multi-dimensional assessment of these four aspects.
