一、《物权法》的颁布有四个方面的重要意义《物权法》是我们国家的基本法。有人认为《合同法》和《物权法》是民法的两大支柱,涉及到国家的基本经济制度、人民的切身利益。所以,大家都很关注。我觉得《物权法》的制定和颁布至少可以说有四个方面的重要意义。第一,有力的推进了我们国家依法治国建设社会主义法制国家的进程。也可以说,是一个重大的举措或者是一个带有里程碑性质的一部法律。第二,《物权法》维护我们国家的基本经济制度。我们国家的基本经济制度在《宪法》里已经很明确了,就是以公有制为主体,多种经济共同发展,这么一个基本的经济制度。
First, the “Property Law” promulgated in four aspects of significance “Property Law” is our country’s basic law. Some people think that the “Contract Law” and “Property Law” are the two pillars of civil law and involve the country’s basic economic system and the vital interests of the people. So, everyone is concerned. I think the formulation and promulgation of the Property Law can be said to have at least four aspects of significance. First, we have vigorously advanced the process of our country in governing the country according to law and building a socialist country with a legal system. It can also be said to be a major move or a law of a landmark nature. Second, the “Property Law” upholds our country’s basic economic system. The basic economic system in our country has been made quite clear in the Constitution, that is, it is a basic economic system that takes public ownership as the mainstay and various types of economy develop side by side.
