本文从抗逆力视角对未成年劳教人员进行思想道德教育进行了初步的探究。未成年人是祖国和民族的未来,部分未成年人产生违法犯罪的行为除个人因素外,也有家庭、学校、社会等多方面的原因。对他们进行重新教育和正确引导,促进其健康、和谐的成长是不容忽视的。抗逆力的研究是近年来从一个创新视角对问题未成年人展开的研究,笔者希望能够借助引入抗逆力这一概念,在思想道德教育实践中注重提高问题未成年人的自我效能、归属感等方面的能力,使他们在生活中能够更好地应对压力、创伤、风险和危机等逆境,从而降低其重新违法犯罪率。
This article has carried on the preliminary inquiry to the juvenile reeducation through moral education from the angle of resistance. Minors are the future of the motherland and nation, and some of them commit crimes in addition to personal factors, but also have many reasons such as family, school and society. To re-educate them and properly guide them to promote their healthy and harmonious growth can not be ignored. The study of resilience is a research carried out on minors in recent years from an innovative perspective. The author hopes that by introducing the concept of resilience, we should pay attention to raising the self-efficacy of minors in the ideological and moral education. Flu and other aspects so that they can better cope with adversities such as stress, trauma, risk and crisis in their daily life so as to reduce their rate of re-criminalization.
