党的十八届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)提出了一系列重要改革任务。司法领域改革是全面深化改革的重点领域之一。截至2015年8月18日,中央全面深化改革领导小组召开15次全体会议,审议71份文件,其中涉及司法领域改革的会议10次,审议文件19份,司法领域改革取得了重要进展,人民群众感受到了公平正义的阳光,显著提升了对改革的获得感。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Government on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of Reform” (hereinafter referred to as “the Decision”) reviewed and approved by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward a series of important tasks for reform. Reform in the judicial field is one of the key areas for deepening the reform in an all-round way. As of August 18, 2015, the leading group for comprehensively deepening the reform of the Central Government held 15 plenary sessions and examined 71 documents, including 10 meetings on reform in the judicial field and 19 documents for review. Important progress has been made in the reform in the judicial field. Felt the sunshine of fairness and justice, and significantly improved the sense of gain of the reform.
