1986-1988年,在大田、盆裁、水培条件下,对16个籼粳不同类型水稻品种的籽粒含水率、灌浆速率、相对生长率、呼吸强度等进行了研究。结果表明:(1)抽穗后水稻籽粒含水率的动态过程可分为缓慢下降,迅速下降、平稳下降三个时期;(2)籽粒含水率与灌浆速率呈单峰偏态曲线,在籽粒含水率50-55%时段灌浆速率出现最大值,籽粒停止灌浆的临界含水率为20%左右;(3)籽粒含水率与籽粒相对生长率、呼吸强度均呈指数关系,相关指数均达到极显著水平。
From 1986 to 1988, the grain moisture content, grain filling rate, relative growth rate and respiration rate of 16 indica and japonica rice varieties under field, potted and hydroponic culture were studied. The results showed that: (1) The dynamic process of rice grain water content after heading decreased slowly, decreased rapidly and decreased steadily. (2) The grain moisture content and grain filling rate showed single peaked skewed curve, The maximum grain filling rate appeared at 50-55% of the time, and the critical water cut-off of grain filling was about 20%. (3) The grain water content had an exponential relationship with the relative growth rate and respiration intensity of grain, and the correlation index reached extremely significant level.
