目的:观察复方敏宁搽剂对实验性大鼠和小鼠炎症、肿胀的影响,阐明其消炎作用及特点。方法:采用大鼠足肿胀、大鼠肉芽肿和小鼠耳肿胀法进行抗炎实验。结果:复方敏宁搽剂能明显抑制角叉莱胶诱发的足肿胀和棉球所致肉芽肿的重量,并能抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀。结论:复方敏宁搽剂具有抗炎作用,对临床用于治疗女性外阴白斑具有支持作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of compound Minning liniment on inflammation and swelling in experimental rats and mice, and to clarify its anti-inflammatory effects and characteristics. Methods: Anti-inflammatory experiment was conducted in rats with foot swelling, granuloma of rat and ear swelling in mice. Results: Compound Minning liniment can significantly inhibit the carrageenan-induced foot swelling and granuloma caused by the weight of cotton balls, and can inhibit xylene-induced mouse ear swelling. Conclusion: Compound Minning liniment has anti-inflammatory effect, which has clinical support for the treatment of female genital leukoplakia.
