生态变迁是自然活动与人类活动双重因素累积叠加的结果。历史时期西北生态变迁,人类活动则起了主导作用。而导致西北生态环境不断恶化的根本原因则在于以国家为本位军事型西北开发战略的选择,掠夺性的开发带来对土地的滥垦、水资源的过度开采与人地关系的高度紧张。西北生态变迁对地方经济的可持续发展以及国家的社会政治稳定产生了深远影响,值得警醒。
Ecological change is the cumulative result of the double factors of natural activity and human activity. During the historical period, ecological changes in the northwest and human activities played a leading role. The root cause of the deteriorating ecological environment in the northwest lies in the choice of a nation-based military type of northwest development strategy. Predatory exploitation has brought great strain on the reclamation of land, over-exploitation of water resources and the human-land relationship. The ecological change in the northwest has had a far-reaching impact on the sustainable development of the local economy and the social and political stability of the country and should be awakened.
