今年是我国“十二五”时期的开局之年,也是我国改革发展关键时期承前启后的重要一年。2011年1月起施行的一系列财经法律法规,具有鲜明的时代特色:把关系保障与改善民生的财经领域作为调控的重中之重,继续加大对金融、税收等财经领域的调控力度,审计法制更加完善,继续推进关于节能环保、知识产权、涉外法律关系方面的法制进程。
