目的:评价蒙医三根平衡针结合药物治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法:82例抑郁症患者随机分为2组,对照组(41例)单纯口服盐酸帕罗西汀治疗.观察组(41例)采用蒙医三根平衡针刺激巴达干穴、心穴、黑白际穴结合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗.观察两组临床疗效和治疗1、2、4、6周后汉密尔顿(HAMD)量表总评分情况.结果:治疗6周后观察组总疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组HAMD各因子及总评分比较治疗2、4、6周后与治疗前比均明显下降(P＜0.05),两组治疗各时间点比较,观察组改善明显(P均＜0.05).结论:蒙医三根平衡针结合药物治疗抑郁症起效快,疗效好,优于单用药物治疗.
