为促进医院实验室(研究室)进一步改进管理,更好地贯彻“开放、流动、联合、竞争”的方针,加快实验室的建设与发展,把实验室真正办成具有较高学术水平的科学研究基地和人才培养基地,使其在科技发展和学科建设中发挥更大作用,我们对西安地区某大型综合医院实验室近5年的建设状况、运行状态和绩效进行了全面评估,总结了实验室建设所取得的成绩、经验和存在问题,进一步明确了实验室建设与发展的思路,并提出改进意见。
To promote the further improvement of the management of hospital laboratories (laboratory offices), to better implement the principle of “openness, mobility, cooperation, and competition”, to expedite the construction and development of laboratories, and to turn the laboratories into highly scientific sciences. The research base and personnel cultivation base have made it more important in the development of science and technology and the construction of disciplines. We have conducted a comprehensive assessment of the construction status, operating status, and performance of a large-scale general hospital laboratory in Xi’an for the past five years and summarized the experiment. The achievements, experience and problems existing in the room construction further clarify the ideas for the construction and development of the laboratory and put forward suggestions for improvement.
