全面提高教育质量是当前和今后一段时期我国基础教育改革与发展的中心任务,建立国家基础教育质量保障体系(包括主要用于教学改进的质量分析、反馈、指导系统和主要用于督导教育质量的监测系统)成为当务之急。这其中,最为重要的一项工作就是科学地进行学生学业质量测试、调查与数据分析。
