一见面,中国城市规划学会穆学明教授就列举出一串有关渤海海域的污染数据:环渤海全长2900多公里的海岸线上,密布有143个排污口,平均每21公里就有一个。这些排污口长年累月地排放,污染海域已达3万平方公里,占渤海海域面积的40%,其中四类以上污水面积达到1.1万平方公里。据环保部门检测,海域内汞超标60倍,镉超标66倍,氟化物超标12倍,悬浮物超标62倍,CCD 每升海水已达1176毫克,整个水质与渔业用水标准相比污染物超标数十倍。环渤海及其海域等共有4个大油田,大小港口66个,航线800多条,再加上9万余条渔船以及进出港的各类船只,它们不同程度地排放各类污染物。从1991年起,渤海海域共发生较大泄油事故71次,溢油100万吨,
As soon as the meeting was over, Prof. Mu Xueming of China Society of Urban Planning listed a series of pollution data about the Bohai Sea area. On the coastline of more than 2,900 km in the Bohai Rim, there are 143 sewage outfalls, one on average every 21 km. These sewage outfalls have been discharged over the years and polluted the sea up to 30,000 square kilometers, accounting for 40% of the total area of the Bohai Sea, of which more than four categories of sewage have reached 11,000 square kilometers. According to the environmental protection department, mercury in the sea exceeded 60 times, cadmium exceeded 66 times, fluoride exceeding 12 times, suspended matter exceeded 62 times, CCD has reached 1176 mg of water per liter, the entire water quality compared with the fishery water standards exceeded the number of pollutants ten times. There are four major oil fields in the Bohai Bay and its sea area, with 66 large and small ports and 800 routes. Together with more than 90,000 fishing vessels and various types of vessels entering and leaving the harbor, they discharge pollutants to varying degrees. Since 1991, a total of 71 oil spills have occurred in the Bohai Sea area, with oil spill of 1 million tons.
