近年来,随着新农村建设的蓬勃开展,国家在政策和财政支出方面对“三农”的支持力度不断加大,促进了农村经济快速发展、农村面貌的巨大变化,但是,农村基层组织人员职务犯罪的案件也在逐年增加,社会负面影响越来越大,这不但制约了农村经济的快速发展,增加了农村社会的不稳定因素,同时也降低了党和政府在群众中的威信。本文针对此种问题,深入分析农村基层组织人员在新农村建设中职务犯罪的成因,力求从原因中找出合理的预防方法和途径。从而更好地维护农村和谐稳定,维护农民利益,维护党在人民心目中良好的形象,促进社会主义新农村建设的快速发展。

In view of this kind of problem, this article deeply analyzes the causes of the duty crime of rural grassroots organizations in the construction of new rural areas, and tries to find out reasonable prevention methods and ways from the reasons. So as to better maintain the harmony and stability in rural areas, safeguard the interests of peasants, safeguard the party’s good image in the minds of the people, and promote the rapid development of building a new socialist countryside.
