设计了用于含有固相颗粒的高温碱介质的新型高铬铸造不锈钢的组织及化学成分。采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射的方法分析了新型钢的组织,通过多种腐蚀试验方法研究了该钢的腐蚀与磨蚀行为。试验结果表明,新型高铬铸造不锈钢在含有固相颗粒的高温碱苛刻介质中,具有良好的耐蚀性及抗磨蚀、点蚀与晶间腐蚀性能。此外,该钢还具有良好的综合力学性能与铸造性能。
The microstructure and chemical composition of a new high chromium cast stainless steel for high temperature alkaline media containing solid particles were designed. The microstructure of the new steel was analyzed by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction. The corrosion and abrasion behavior of the steel were studied by various corrosion tests. The experimental results show that the new high-chromium cast stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and resistance to abrasion, pitting and intergranular corrosion in high-temperature alkali-harsh media containing solid particles. In addition, the steel also has a good overall mechanical properties and casting performance.
