在我国中学教育管理体系中,高中班主任在学生管理方面起着关键的作用,是学生管理的主导者,在领导、组织和教育学生方面都发挥着直接的作用,是学校、家庭和社会三者之间的桥梁,对学生的思想品德、心理素质、身心健康发展、价值取向起着至关重要的作用。本文结合高中班主任学生管理工作的现状及存在的不足,从生态德育视域下对班主任学生管理工作的措施进行探析,提出切实可行的优化措施,具有一定的教育意义。
In our middle school education management system, senior high school teacher plays a key role in student management. It is the leader of student management, and plays a direct role in leading, organizing and educating students. It is a very important part of school, family and society The bridge between the students, ideological and moral qualities, psychological quality, physical and mental health development, value orientation plays a crucial role. Based on the status quo and existing problems of senior middle school teachers ’management work, this article analyzes the measures of students’ management work from the perspective of ecological moral education and puts forward practical and feasible optimization measures, which is of educational significance.
