目的:测定肝素及其类似物中游离和结合硫酸根含量。方法:高效阴离子交换色谱法,采用酸水解法或氧瓶燃烧法对样品进行有机破坏后,测定样品中总硫酸根含量,样品直接溶解后测定样品中游离硫酸根含量,通过计算得到样品中结合硫酸根含量。结果:对多批肝素钠、硫酸皮肤素、硫酸软骨素、多硫酸软骨素进行了测定。结论:本文实验方法可以用于肝素类样品游离和结合硫酸根的测定。
PURPOSE: To determine the free and bound sulfate content in heparin and its analogues. Methods: By high performance anion exchange chromatography, the content of total sulfate in the sample was determined by acid hydrolysis or oxygen flask combustion method. The content of free sulfate in the sample was determined by direct dissolution of the sample. Sulfate content. Results: Multiple batches of heparin sodium, dermatan sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, and chondroitin sulfate were measured. Conclusion: The experimental method in this paper can be used for the determination of free and bound sulfate in heparin samples.
