蝶窦深居颅底,与颅中窝重要结构关系密切,而且气化变异多;孤立性蝶窦病变在临床上极少见,且常因缺乏专科症状而容易造成漏诊,该区域的手术也被认为是鼻窦手术中难度最高、风险最大的手术。2003年3月至2007年12月我科在鼻内镜下行单纯蝶窦病变手术20例取得满意效果,现总结如下。
