应激可使健康人空腹胃液胆汁酸浓度增加而致胃粘膜损伤［１］。而井下阴暗、潮湿、毒气、危险、粉尘及氧气稀薄对矿工具有应激作用。我院４年间（１９９４年１２月～１９９８年１２月）对天府矿区职工３８５２例因上消化道症状行胃镜和病理学检查，现作分析如下：１ 资料与方法
