本文以云南民族县为例,就义务教育实施中存在的学生隐形辍学率高、教学质量低、师资力量薄弱、教育资源严重浪费等问题,从法律、行政、经济、地理、风俗习惯等方面分析其成因。认为只有从根本上消除问题产生的根源,推动边疆地区义务教育发展提供依据。
Taking Yunnan Minzu County as an example, this paper analyzes the problems of stealth dropout rate, low quality of teaching, weak teaching faculty and serious waste of educational resources in the implementation of compulsory education from the aspects of law, administration, economy, geography, customs and habits Its causes.
