Endometrial polyps are common gynecological diseases, but the disease has the potential to malignant development. PI3K / Akt / mTOR is an important intracellular signal transduction pathway that plays an important role in a variety of cellular responses. In recent years, studies have found that there is a close relationship between endometrial polyps and mTOR signaling pathway, through the activation of the pathway, regulation of cell adhesion molecules, vascular endothelial growth factor, matrix metalloproteinases and apoptosis-related factors, which affect the uterus Endometrial polyps and hyperplasia, and at the same time by the regulation of hormones and promote the development of endometrial polyps to malignant, with the occurrence and development of endometrial polyps and malignant transformation is closely related.
