全国铁路局系统科技管理协作网第14届年会于1994年8月12～16日在牡丹江召开。12个铁路局(集团公司)的总工程师、副总工程师、科委办主任以及负责科技管理及新技术开发的同志参加了会议。铁道部科技司、科兴公司的领导到会指导。与会代表共69人。 会议的主要议题是:(1)铁路局系统的科技管理机构如何适应经济体制改革的需要。更好地推进科技进步;(2)在新旧财会制度交替中如何理顺科技投入的渠道;(3)怎样加速科技成果向现实生产力的转化。 与会同志认为,由于全国铁路运营系统负荷过重、安全不稳、资金严重短缺等原因,给铁路局系统的科技工作带来一系列困难,使各局
The 14th Annual Meeting of S & T Management Network of National Railway Administration was held in Mudanjiang from August 12 to August 16, 1994. The chief engineer, deputy chief engineer and director of Science and Technology Commission of 12 railway administrations (group companies) and comrades in charge of technology management and new technology development attended the meeting. Ministry of Railways Science and Technology Division, Kexing company’s leadership will be guided. A total of 69 participants. The main topics of the conference are: (1) How the S & T management agencies of the railway administration system can meet the needs of economic system reform. (2) how to rationalize the channels for investment in science and technology in the alternation of the old and new accounting systems; and (3) how to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces. The participating commanders believed that due to overloading of the national railway operation system, unsafe security and serious shortage of funds, it caused a series of difficulties for the scientific and technological work of the railway administration system.
