【目的】调查和比较作者和期刊编辑对学位论文再发表问题的认知,探讨认知差异产生的原因及其造成的影响。【方法】在文献复习的基础上设计问卷,调查作者和期刊编辑基本情况及其对学位论文再发表所涉及的版权问题的认知,对问卷结果进行比较和分析。【结果】作者和期刊编辑有一些共同的困惑,对学位论文的版权归属均不明确;双方对学位论文再发表的版权问题认知有一定差异,涉及出版伦理的内容基本能够达成共识。【结论】学位论文再发表并无固定的解决模式,建议期刊编辑和作者通过明确版权归属和细化学位论文版权转让协议等方式确定权利与义务,求同存异,使各方利益平衡。
【Objective】 To investigate and compare the author’s and journal editors’ cognition on the reissue of dissertations and to explore the causes of cognitive disparities and their impact. [Methods] Based on the review of the literature, a questionnaire was designed to investigate the basic situation of the author and periodical editor and their cognition of the copyright issues involved in the reissuance of the dissertation. The results of the questionnaire were compared and analyzed. 【Results】 The authors and periodical editors share some common confusion, and the copyright ownership of dissertations is not clear. The two sides have some differences in the cognition of the copyright issues reissued in dissertations, and the content of publication ethics basically can reach a consensus. 【Conclusion】 There is no fixed mode for the dissertation to be published. It is suggested that journal editors and authors should determine the rights and obligations through clear copyright ownership and detailed agreement on copyright transfer of dissertation, seek common ground while putting aside differences and balance the interests of all parties.
