行政事业单位的档案管理记载了重要的数据资料和相关信息,对事业单位的长足发展有重要的作用,然而当前的档案管理工作依然处于相对滞后的状态,对行政事业单位的运营管理和稳定发展有很大的制约,本文研究了当前行政事业单位档案管理存在的部分问题,对今后档案管理上的创新思路和对策予以讨论。
