本文介绍的声表面波(SAW)弹性卷积器,是利用条带耦合(MSC)束宽压缩器来实现束压缩,提高了卷积效率.文中叙述了设计考虑,给出了实验结果,并作了简单讨论.器件的中心频率f_0=60MHzZ;3dB带宽 B_(3dB)=10MHz;相互作用时间长度分别为13μs和8μs两种.主要性能指标为:卷积效率F_(Te)=-70dBm;输入输出动态范围均大于70dB;最大输出电功率大于-8dBm;信号/杂波电平大于34dB
In this paper, the surface acoustic wave (SAW) elastic convolver is designed to realize the beam compression by using a band-coupled (MSC) beamwidth compressor to improve the convolution efficiency. The design considerations are given and the experimental results are given The frequency of the device is f_0 = 60MHzZ and 3dB is B_ (3dB) = 10MHz.The length of interaction time is 13μs and 8μs, respectively.The main performance indexes are as follows: the convolution efficiency F_ (Te) = -70dBm; Input and output dynamic range greater than 70dB; maximum output power greater than -8dBm; signal / clutter level greater than 34dB
