价格上限管制在发达国家自然垄断产业被广泛应用,且成效明显。我国自然垄断产业需要强化价格上限管制的应用,其价值主要体现在:有利于促进企业提高生产效率,增强竞争力;有利于降低管制成本,提高管制效率;有利于提高公众满意度,促进社会和谐。
Price ceiling control is widely used in the natural monopoly industries in developed countries and has achieved remarkable results. The natural monopoly industry in our country needs to strengthen the application of price cap regulation. Its value is mainly reflected in: promoting the production efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises; reducing the cost of regulation and improving the control efficiency; improving public satisfaction and promoting social harmony .
