一、一般工作我們三四月份的工作是以有重點的恢復公營工廠的生産;調查公私合營工廠,及登記私營工廠爲中心。並進行建立正確的財政制度和職工敎育工作,現將業務、財務、人事、三方面工作分述如後:1 業務工作(一)公營工廠除電工度量衡兩廠早已恢復生産外,三月初恢復了耐火材料廠生産,三月十一日造祇廠正式開工。皮革廠、化學藥品廠、化工廠、則維持半開工狀態。機械廠、油脂廠、由於市場銷路困難、成品低劣,復工條件不夠,尚未開工。三月下旬由財委會劃歸企業局領導
