通过在磁场作用下制备不同比例的丝素/羧甲基壳聚糖共混膜,分析研宄磁场作用及羧甲基壳聚糖含量对共混膜物性及抗菌性能的影响。研宄表明,在壳聚糖含量相同时,在磁场作用下制得的共混膜回潮率与抗菌性均低于在无磁场作用下制备的共混膜,而结晶度高于在无磁场作用下共混膜。无论是否在磁场作用下制备共混膜,随着羧甲基壳聚糖含量的升高,共混膜的回潮率与抗菌性不断增加,而结晶度不断下降。在相同的羧甲基壳聚糖含量与处理方式时,共混膜对大肠杆菌的抗菌性高于对黄色葡萄球菌。“,”Physical and antimicrobial properties of silk fibroin/carboxymethyl chitosan blend membrane formed in the magnetic field were tested in this paper. The results showed that both moisture regain and antimicrobial properties of silk fibroin/carboxymethyl chitosan blend membrane formed in the magnetic field were lower than that of silk fibroin/carboxymethyl chitosan blend membrane without magnetic treatment in the same proportion of carboxymethyl chitosan. Instead of the crystallinity of membrane without magnetic higher, no matter with magnetictreatmentornot,moistureregainandantimicrobialpropertiesofsilkfibroin/carboxymethylchitosan blend membrane were increasing with proportion of carboxymethyl chitosan rising except crystallinity. With the same proportion of carboxymethyl chitosan and treatment, antimicrobial properties to coliform-bacteria were better than Staphylococcus aureus.
